Susan Batkin is a New York State licensed and nationally certified acupuncturist specializing in the treatment of chronic and acute pain conditions. She is the Dean of Studies at the Tri-State College of Acupuncture in New York City.   Her practice is part of a larger collective of private practitioners - The New York Wellness Group - offering a range of integrative services within the same suite of offices in downtown Manhattan.   Services include psychotherapy, psychiatry, nutrition, massage naturopathic medicine, chiropractic care as well as acupuncture.

Susan integrates classical acupuncture with myofascial release techniques, combining an Eastern and Western orientation to treatment.   She believes in an integrative approach to healthcare and works to facilitate collaboration among conventional and alternative healthcare providers.
